Overview:
British Swim School
is seeking a Marketing Systems Specialist to be the front-line champion of HubSpot and our connected marketing platforms across our franchise system. This role blends technical expertise with strong communication and training skills, ensuring that franchisees are set up for success in their day-to-day use of lead management, CRM, and integrated communication tools.

The ideal candidate is as comfortable configuring workflows and integrations as they are leading a franchisee training session. You’ll serve as the go-to resource for HubSpot and other marketing technology support — helping maximize adoption and performance across the network.

This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with the marketing team, external vendors, and franchisees to ensure our marketing systems are reliable, scalable, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure HubSpot accounts for new franchisees.
  • Train franchisees and their staff on HubSpot usage and best practices during onboarding and as updates roll out.
  • Create and maintain internal training documentation, and user guides and video tutorials.
  • Build and maintain workflows, templates, and lead capture forms in alignment with business goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and escalate to internal teams or vendors as needed.
  • Manage the integration of HubSpot with lead sources, advertising platforms, chatbots, centralized calling, texting, and other communication channels.
  • Monitor lead flows across platforms to ensure franchisees can access and manage them effectively.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees who need help with CRM-related issues or system questions.
  • Track and respond to support tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  •  Identify recurring issues or usability challenges and propose scalable solutions or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that local and national campaigns are supported with accurate workflows and automations.
  • Partner with the analytics team to ensure systems are set up to track and measure performance across channels.
  • Assist the broader marketing team on additional projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  •  2–4 years of experience in a CRM, marketing systems, or marketing operations role
  • Understanding of lead management, automation workflows, and user training/support
  • Technically adept, organized, and comfortable managing both backend setup and user-facing support
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Must be able to work on-site daily in Virginia Beach, VA
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing and Sales Hubs specifically)
  • Experience with centralized communication platforms (e.g., calling, texting, chat) and CRM integrations
  • Familiarity with basic ticketing or help desk systems
  • Exposure to reporting or performance tracking through CRM tools

 
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
